THE ORDER PROCESS

URGENT ORDERS: If you require your order urgently, please leave a note on your order in the "other information" box or contact us via the "contact us" section of the website, we are more than happy to help! 

Steps to ordering your Stationery and Invitations Online

  1. Order and pay in full for your chosen wedding stationery and/or wedding invitations.

    NOTE:
    Please add more invitations than you think you need to your initial order.
    A second order for extra invitations (even though it's the same design) will be more costly per invite than your initial order due to the time it takes to restart and process the order. We advise adding an extra 20-25 invitation as this is the additional amount we are normally asked for and it's the most cost effective way in the long run. 

  2. We will email you a PDF proof in 3-4 working days from receiving your details. Responsibility of the proofing stage is on the customer. Please check all the details of the stationery and/or invitations: i.e. spellings, times, dates, etc. (Please note the proof is for proofing only and is not of high quality).

  3. Approve your proof by reply email.

  4. Once approved your order will be put into production. We aim to have your order delivered within 10 working days from signing off on the proof.

  5. Your job will then be dispatched by Courier/An Post Registered Signed delivery.

Steps to Ordering your Stationery and/or Invitations through our Office, in Person or by Phone

  1. When you have decided on your order contact us by email, in person or by phone.

  2. We require full payment to put your job into production. We can take cash and card payment over the phone and in person. 

  3. We will email you a PDF proof in 3-4 working days from receiving your details. If required, hard copy proofs are available and are subject to a non-refundable charge of a €20.00 including postage. Responsibility of the proofing stage is on the customer. Please check all the details of the stationery or invitation: i.e. spellings, times, dates, etc. (Please note the proof is for proofing only and is not of high quality).

  4. Approve your proof by reply email.

  5. Once approved your order will be put into production, we aim to have your order delivered within 10 working days from signing off proof.

  6. Your job will then be dispatched by either Courier/An Post Registered Signed delivery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Can I met with you to discuss my stationery before I place my order?  Consultations are available by appointment only. We are available to meet people Monday to Friday (Saturday appointments are also available but please contact us to find out more details) . Please ring or email us to make an appointment. We would love to meet with you to discuss your requirements.

  2. When should I order my wedding invitations and/or wedding stationery?  Your wedding invitations and/or stationery should be ordered at least 4 months before the wedding.

  3. How long will my stationery order take?  Approx. 10 days following receipt of your proof approval and full payment.

  4. How many should I order?  We strongly advised to order at least 10% extra to cover unforeseen errors/mistakes etc. Minimum re-order quantity is 30 units.

  5. Are envelopes included in the price?  Yes, white 120gsm envelopes are included with each order.

  6. Will I receive a proof before you print the order?  On receipt of your order and payment, a PDF proof will be emailed to you. Responsibility of the proofing stage is on the customer.  This is your opportunity to ensure that the wording and font are exactly as you wish them to appear. Please check all the details of the stationery or invitation: i.e. spellings, times, dates, etc.  (Please note the proof is for proofing only and is not of high quality).  Then approve your proof by reply email.

  7. Can I cancel or get a refund on my order at any stage? An order can only be cancelled and refunded prior to our proofs being issued.

  8. How do I order my wedding invitations and/or stationery?  Select the items you wish to order add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Follow the directions to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email telling you that your wedding invitation order has been made successfully.

Terms & Conditions

Payment:  Your proofs will not be created until after we have received your full payment. Without exception, orders will not go into production until the order has been paid in full. Payment can be made by credit card, visa debit card or PayPal.

Approving Your Proofs: It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly check the details of their stationery proofs to ensure the wording and layout are correct.  To approve your stationery and put your job into production you must send us an email with your approval.

Number of Proofs: Two rounds of proofs are included in your price. Further design changes thereafter are subject to additional costs. 

Luxury Range Proofs & Samples: It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly check the details of their stationery proofs to ensure the wording and layout are correct.  To approve your stationery and put your job into production you must send us an email with your approval. You will receive a DIGITAL PROOF to approve. Two rounds of digital proofs are included in the price. Further design change thereafter are subject to additional costs. Physical proofs of your designs are not available on the luxury range. 

Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds: A full refund will only be issued prior to proofs being issued.

Design Property: All designs and concepts are property of Occasions by Sacha. Occasions by Sacha retains all rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request.

Delivery

Unavoidable delivery time over-runs are not subject to compensation, deductions or cancellation of orders being processed. We are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.  All jobs will be insured to a value reflective of their production costs, please contact us for more details.  Items lost or damaged will be covered by this insurance, but will be at the discretion of the Courier/An Post.

Luxury Range Delivery Terms & Conditions: We aim to have your order delivered within 28 working days from signing off on the proof. This, however, is based on our production schedule. Unavoidable delivery time over-runs are not subject to compensation, deductions or cancellation of orders being processed.
